Refunds and Returns Policy

At Dahasa Cakes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are freshly prepared, customized, and perishable food items, we have specific policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
For food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.
Dahasa Cakes does not accept returns of any cakes, desserts, pastries, or other food products once they have been delivered or collected.
Returned food products cannot be restocked, resold, or redistributed.

Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order before production begins.
Once baking, decoration, packaging, or preparation has started, the order may no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of production and any costs already incurred.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Order Not Fulfilled
A refund may be issued if:

We are unable to prepare the order.

We are unable to deliver the order due to circumstances within our control.

The order is cancelled by Dahasa Cakes.
Incorrect Order Delivered
A refund, replacement, store credit, or other appropriate remedy may be considered if the delivered product is substantially different from the confirmed order.
Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If a product arrives significantly damaged due to handling during delivery, customers should notify us promptly and provide supporting evidence such as photographs.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Refund Request Requirements
To be considered, refund requests must:

Customized cakes and personalized products are created according to customer specifications.

Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Refund Processing
